Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and specifications of the project and code the charts accordingly.
• Code records by following prescribed coding standards such as ICD-10 and CPT.
• Ensure patient information is correct and appropriate signatures on all medical records.
• Assign appropriate medical codes to all diagnoses and services.
• Follow client-specific guidelines wherever applicable.
• Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
• Ensure that deliverables adhere to quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain status reports.

• INR 17,300 CTC for Trichy and Chennai
• INR 21,000 CTC for Bangalore

Recruitment Procedure

• Job orientation for students
• Screening test:
  • Anatomy & Physiology – 50 Questions (70 Marks)
  • Aptitude – 10 Questions (10 Marks)
  • Comprehension – 5 Questions (20 Marks)
• Virtual Interview (Mobile & Headset necessary)
• Shortlisting based on performance

Training Period & After Training

• Duration: 35 to 50 working days (depending on project)
• Online test on 33rd/48th day (Pass Mark: 80%)
• Minimum Skill Verification (MSV) test on 35th/50th day (Pass Mark: 85%)
• Candidates clearing MSV will be offered a job
• No bond/agreement; but if the candidate leaves within 1 year, training fee will be collected:
  • INR 7000 for Trichy
  • INR 12000 for Chennai and Bangalore
• Refundable Fee: INR 3000 (Refunded after completing 1 year of employment)

• Chennai & Trichy: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Bangalore: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Note: Strictly no night shifts
