Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment of Team Managers and help them recruit Unit Managers and drive business.
- Team Manager recruitment.
- Meet potential people in the natural market.
- Persuade them to become Advisors for Team Managers by explaining benefits and remuneration (win-win situation).
- Regular meetings with Branch Manager for training on various fronts.
- Assist Team Manager and Advisors in closing crucial sales calls.
- Act as a coach for the team of Advisors.
- Renew policies sold in earlier years to maintain optimum persistency.
