Responsibilities

  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Generate sales by identifying potential clients and prospects through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
  • Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.

Position & Compensation

  • Position: Inside Sales Strategist
  • Internship Duration: 4 Months
  • Internship Stipend: Up to ₹25,000 per month
  • Post Internship Pay Scale (Full-Time Employment): ₹10 LPA
    • ₹7 LPA Standard Earnings
    • ₹3 LPA Variable Earnings
  • Note: Monthly salary structure requires mandatory 30 working days. Minimum 90% consistency required during probation to secure full-time employment.
